Do you accent returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. However, if you receive your painting and it was damaged in the mail, please reach out to me at leoneoriginals@gmail.com

Are your originals/prints framed?

All of the paintings in the shop say framed or unframed in their item description. If it is framed, it is a hand made floater frame made by me. These frames can be used to display your painting or can easily be changed if you desire a different look! Prints all come unframed and in a protective plastic sleeve in between cardboard so they are not damaged.

What are prints?

My prints are photographs of my originals created on 100% cotton paper and are signed and numbered and put into a plastic sleeve. Prints are just as beautiful as the originals for a fraction of the price!

How do custom pet portraits work?

Go to the Custom pet portraits section in the shop, select single or double, the size you prefer and then add to cart. Once you add to cart a form will pop up where you can tell me a little bit about you furry friend and upload your photo! After you purchase I will start working on your portrait with a typical turn around time for 3-4 weeks and will send your a photo through email before shipping it to your to assure it is exactly what you want! Then I will ship it directly to your address. I also offer local delivery and free pickup in Montgomery County, PA and surrounding areas.
